HOW DO I START MY RETURN/EXCHANGE?
Simply click the button above to start your return or exchange. Provide your order number and shipping zip code. You'll be offered a UPS return label and packing slip. Your refund will be initiated at dispatch.
KIKI DE MONTPARNASSE charges a $5 return fee. Returns for store credit and exchange are free.

WHICH ITEMS ARE RETURNABLE?
- Full-price, unworn items purchased within the last 21 days with all tags and original packaging attached.
- As a reminder, panties must be returned or exchanged with their hygiene strip attached.

- Sale and Final Sale Items
- Battery-operated Items of Pleasure are covered by a 1 Year Manufacture's Warranty.

Refund policy
Kiki de Montparnasse will gladly accept returned items for a refund within 21 days if they meet our return policy requirements. Returns outside of this period may be accepted at our discretion. These requirements are set in place to prevent the return of personally damaged or used products.
The following stipulations must be met for returns:
- FINAL SALE ON ALL SALE ITEMS. Items purchased on clearance or sale cannot be returned. Items that do not follow the above stipulations will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
- The item must be returned in its original condition, with original tags and packaging.
- Panties and swimwear must be returned with the hygiene strip attached.
- Instruments of pleasure are guaranteed against breakage for 30 days from purchase. Items cannot be accepted for returns under any circumstance unless they are defective.
Refunds
A refund will be issued through your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving your return. Once your refund has been processed, a refund confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at check out. Your financial institution may require additional time to process the refund to your account. Please note that original shipping fees are not refundable.
