Do you offer gift cards?

Yes, you can purchase an E-Gift Card here. Our E-Gift Cards are sent to you exclusively through email. You will not receive a physical Gift Card. The printable E-Gift Card will be delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem at checkout. 

Can I amend, add, or remove something from an order I just placed?

Unfortunately we are unable to make these kinds of changes to orders due to our quick fulfillment process.

Can I cancel my order?

We work as fast as we can to get your order to you, so order cancellations are handled on a case by case basis depending on if your order has already been fulfilled or not. If you are looking to cancel your order, please contact customerservice@kikidm.com and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

How long will it take to get my order?

Domestic orders take 5-7 business days to arrive.

Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

Can I return my product?

Can I get my product personalized?

It depends on the creator and the product. All options are outlined on the product page, so look out for customization options there.

Will you be restocking certain styles in the future?

Yes, we periodically restock our signature KIKI styles. Keep an eye on our website for updates on restocked items and sign up for the waitlist.

I don’t know my size, what should I do?

Please refer to our Size Guide here or contact customerservice@kikidm.com for a personalized sizing recommendation.

My device has stopped working, what should I do?

Battery-operated Items of Pleasure are covered by a 1 Year Manufacturer's Warranty. If you have questions about your device, or if you think your device may be defective, please contact customerservice@kikidm.com and we’ll be happy to assist.

Do you have a physical store where I can try on your products?

We have a showroom where we offer a "by appointment" shopping experience. Please reach out to customerservice@kikidm.com to schedule your appointment.
