How do I start my return/exchange?
Simply click here to start your return or exchange. Provide your order number and shipping zip code.
Domestic returns will be provided a UPS return label and packing slip. Your refund will be initiated at delivery. A restocking fee of $8 will apply for Domestic returns. Domestic returns for store credit and exchange are free.
International returns will be provided a FedEx return label and packing slip. Your refund will be initiated at delivery. All international return fees vary by country and are the responsibility of the customer. We currently do not offer exchanges for International orders. For additional information, email customerservice@kikidm.com
Please note, we cannot be held responsible for returns shipped back without the prepaid label we issue.

Which items are returnable?
Full-price, unworn items purchased within the last 21 days with all tags and original packaging attached.
As a reminder, panties, bodysuits, and swimwear must be returned or exchanged with their hygiene strip attached.
All items must be returned in their original bag or gift box.
What items are non-refundable?
Sale and Final Sale Items
Battery-operated Items of Pleasure are covered by a 1 Year Manufacture's Warranty.

Refund Policy
The following stipulations must be met for returns:
- The item must be returned in its original condition, with original tags and packaging. The item must be unworn, unwashed, in it’s original bag or gift box with all tags and liners still attached.
- Panties and swimwear must be returned with the hygiene strip attached.
- Instruments of pleasure are guaranteed against breakage for 30 days from purchase. Items cannot be accepted for returns under any circumstance unless they are defective.
- FINAL SALE ON ALL SALE ITEMS. Items purchased on clearance or sale cannot be returned or exchanged. Items that do not follow the above stipulations will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
